Hi everyone! Welcome back to another Lovense episode! Today, I’m thrilled to give you an unboxing and review of the Lovense Edge 2. Without further ado, let’s dive straight into the unboxing!
The Lovense Edge 2 arrives in a discreet packaging with no obvious branding. Upon removing it from its protective plastic, we find the reassuringly nice presentation that Lovense is known for. Inside the box, we have a few crucial items:
Charging Cable: Located at the bottom of the box, tucked in a little bag.
User Manual: All essential information for getting started.
Quick Setup Guide: Helps you quickly set up your toy.
Storage Bag: Perfect for keeping your toy safe and clean.
Now, let’s take a closer look at the toy itself. The distinguishing feature of the Edge 2 is its adjustable arm, which provides some customization for positioning. While I want to note that the arm feels quite stiff, it’s designed this way to maintain stability during use.
On the toy, you’ll see the magnetic charging port on the right side and the on-off switch on the left. Holding the switch activates the toy.
Let’s take a moment to listen to the vibrations as I cycle through the pre-installed patterns.
As you can hear, the Lovense Edge 2 produces a delightful buzz that might just be perfect for your needs. To turn the toy off, simply hold down the power button until the light stops flashing.
So what’s new with the Lovense Edge 2 compared to its predecessor?
Improved Antenna Location: The antenna is now positioned at the back for better connectivity.
Magnetic Charging Port: It now uses a more convenient magnetic charging design.
Longer Battery Life: An upgraded battery ensures continued pleasure for about 1 to 1.75 hours.
Increased Stability: The bulb at the bottom has been made slightly larger for enhanced stability during use.
In terms of dimensions, the Lovense Edge 2 measures approximately:
Length: 125 mm,
Bulb Length: 92 mm (the portion inserted),
Bulb Width: 35 mm,
Plus, it’s fully compatible with the Lovense Remote and Lovense Connect apps, allowing for more versatility in play.
Now that I’ve shared the specifications, let me provide you with my firsthand experience after testing the Lovense Edge 2.
After about 10-15 minutes of use, I found the experience quite intriguing! Initially, I was concerned about the movement of the arm. I thought it would be more flexible. However, the stiffness is intentional, designed to keep the toy in position once you’re using it, simulating a more stable feel during play.
The vibrations were just right, particularly the wave and pulse patterns This is definitely my favourites! The highest continuous setting was also quite enjoyable, delivering solid pressure against the prostate while providing pleasing vibrations above.
Another exciting aspect is that the base also vibrates, adding extra sensations, particularly when it’s positioned correctly.
I experimented with a few positions but found that lying down offered the most comfort and effectiveness. The design allows for a nice upward pressure against the prostate, enhancing the overall experience.
As with all Lovense toys, I highly recommend using a quality water-based lubricant. A simple addition to your shopping cart will significantly elevate your experience!
Overall, I really enjoyed using the Lovense Edge 2 and look forward to more extended sessions with it—definitely feeling close to hitting that satisfying moment!
