Hello everyone, and welcome back to another Lovense episode! In today’s blog, I’m going to share my thoughts on the Lovense Calor. As I mentioned, I’ll start with a quick unboxing of the Lovense Calor to explore its contents. Let’s open up the external packaging first. It’s worth noting that there are no external labels indicating it’s from Lovense, ensuring discretion during shipping.
Inside, we find two boxes. For this video, I’ll focus on the box on the left. If you’re curious about the other toy, stay tuned until the end of the blog!
Absolutely! The Lovense Calor comes packaged in a discreet manner. It arrives in a plain bag from the courier, with no branding. Inside that, you’re met with a brown box containing your Lovense toy, which is also free of any external branding.
Once we open the Lovense-branded box, the first thing we see is the Lovense Calor itself, wrapped in protective plastic. Underneath, you’ll find your charging cable.
The Lovense Calor uses the same universal magnetic charging cable that all Lovense toys utilize. This means you can use a cable from another Lovense toy if needed, or purchase one directly from the Lovense website (link in the description below).
Once plugged into a power source, simply attach the charging cable to charge your Calor.
Additionally, included in the box are a user manual, a quick setup guide, and a storage bag for the Lovense Calor.
To power on your toy, press and hold the power button located under the charging port. Once it’s on, you’ll see a red light flashing. For vibrations, hold the button beneath the power button until the toy vibrates once. You can then use both buttons to adjust the intensity of the vibrations.
One of the standout features of the Lovense Calor is its manual compression action. There’s a soft pad on the outside; by squeezing this pad while you’re using it, you can change the grip and sensation inside the toy.
Also notable is the Calor’s built-in heating system, which warms the toy to body temperature (38-42 degrees Celsius). It can take between 5 and 25 minutes to fully heat up, depending on the initial temperature of the toy and the room.
To activate the heating feature, connect the charging cable, then hold the power button for three seconds. An orange light indicates that the warming feature is active. Once the toy reaches the desired temperature, the orange light will automatically turn off, and you can unplug and enjoy!
Now that we’ve unpacked the Calor and learned about its features, I’ll take some time to test it out and share my experience.
I’m back after testing the Lovense Calor! I opted to use the heating feature, which took around five to ten minutes to warm up. On a hot day, it warmed up rather quickly. One of the advantages of the Calor over the Lovense Max 2 is the ability to squeeze the toy tighter while using it, providing a better grip against the vibrator.
In terms of performance, the Lovense Calor has a continuous use life of about one and a half to two hours and is IPX7 waterproof. When heating up, it will go from room temperature to between 38 and 42 degrees Celsius within that 5 to 25-minute timeframe.
For reference, the internal measurements are:
Height: 159 millimetres,
Width: 30 millimetres (side to side),
Height (top to bottom): 45 millimetres

Additionally, I plan to sync my Lovense Calor with the Lovense Max 2. Using the sync feature will allow you to control both toys together, with the avatar reacting to your movements.
